Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.
Return Process
To request a return, contact our customer support team with your order details. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cash On Delivery (COD) Refunds
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos for quick resolution.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product).
